7.1 - Leaving 

There will come a time when you feel like you need something new and will choose to leave Frits. While we will, of course, miss you, we totally understand and welcome any feedback regarding your choice to leave us. We would like to see you leave the same way you came in: with your head held up high!

If you found a new place to use your talents, please write your resignation letter and send it over to your manager. Please take into account the statutory minimum notice period, in most cases one calendar month - or what is stated in your employment agreement.

You will receive multiple off boarding tasks from BambooHR to ensure your last weeks at Frits will go as smooth as possible. All company belongings (including laptop, keys) must be returned in good condition. Jaap or Thomas will invite you for a farewell interview which will give us an insight into your reason for departure, and offer a safe place for you to provide feedback on your time with Frits.
